We accept return requests within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included.
  • The product must not show any signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration.
  • The return request must be submitted within the eligible return period.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

2. Items Eligible for Return

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received an incorrect size that was shipped by us.
  • The product delivered is different from the product ordered.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or worn footwear.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Products without tags or accessories.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
  • Products returned after the return window has expired.
  • Clearance sale, promotional sale, or final sale items unless they are damaged or defective.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order ID and reason for the return.
  3. Share clear photographs if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. Once approved, our team will provide return instructions.
  5. After receiving the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection.

Returns that fail the inspection may be rejected.

5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and successfully inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account after processing.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged product received.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect size shipped by our team.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be processed according to this policy.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please keep the original packaging and provide photographs of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged area (if applicable)

This helps us verify and process your request quickly.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

9. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Wrong product shipped
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect item received

the return shipping cost will be borne by Imran Style Hub.

For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

10. Refund Exceptions
